Originally, there were 5 different options that offered no explanation of how, say “conservative” or “very conservative” differ. By whittling down the selections and re-ordering the options, we saw much different results in testing. To refine this question, we had to answer: What numbers are our regulatory partners comfortable with? Are we accurately describing the options provided?
